My passion for health and wellbeing extends beyond massage therapy. I also have a background in Personal Training and competed as a bodybuilder with ICN Perth in 2023. Through both my professional experience and personal athletic journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the body moves, recovers, adapts and performs. This helps me better support clients dealing with muscular tension, recovery needs, pain management and overall wellbeing.
